Hello, I’m Haizea Irastorza, research assistant in the ERC Palaeorigins project. I have a degree in archaeology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB).

I am also a member of the Aranzadi science society through which I have been able to participate in different projects and excavations in the Basque Country.

At the moment I am collaborating in the ERC Paleorigins project at the University of the Basque Country in which I carry out different tasks such as expanding the reference collection of plants and mushrooms or processing archaeobotanic samples.
